NOTE: Kwanzaa is not a political or religious holiday. Kwanzaa is for the entire community, not just one specific race even though it’s an African American holiday. Come learn about what Kwanzaa is and celebrate with some fantastic entertainers.

Kwanzaa started in 1966 by Dr. Karenga. It has its roots in the black nationalist movement. As an African American holiday we wanted to showcase inclusive entertainment with a variety of artists.
